Characteristics and performance.
1. Good dimensional stability
the thermosetting resin matrix is cross-linked during processing to form a shape network structure. The size of the product is stable under normal condition and the post-shrinkage of the product is also small.
2. Excellent heat resistance and high temperature resistance.
The heat resistance of its products is quite stable. Measured by the load of 1.86MPa, the thermal deformation temperature is generally within 150 ~ 260 ℃, while the fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastics are excellent adiabatic materials. Its thermal conductivity is generally 0.35~0.47W/ (m.K), only 1 / 100 to 1 / 1000 of metal, rocket, missile engine excellent adiabatic material.
3. Excellent insulating property it is an excellent electrical insulating material.
If mica is used as filler, its electrical property is more excellent, and it can be used to manufacture special parts with excellent arc resistance, voltage resistance and inductive electrical property. The products have good dielectric properties and microwave transmittance under the action of high frequency, and have been used to manufacture many kinds of high frequency insulating products such as radome.
4. The excellent corrosion-resistant
It has different electrochemical corrosion mechanism from that of ordinary steel. It does not conduct electricity, does not dissolve ions in dielectric solution, and thus has a good effect on air, water and general concentration of acid, base, etc. Salt and other media have good chemical stability, especially in non-oxidizing strong acids and a wide range of ph values.
